RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return policy
The products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to return one or more products, and sent in a single shipment.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Returns are only permitted for products that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories and documentation supplied, including original warranties and instruction booklets, where applicable.
Any product returned not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be refunded.
To request a return, please fill in the form and contact us via this link, providing the information relating to your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and the reason for your return. We are at your disposal to clarify any doubts you may have about the procedure to follow.
Following your return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an assigned return number, which you must keep and place visibly inside the package you wish to return.
Refunds
Once we have received the items you wish to return, we will check the condition of the product. If you do not comply with the return conditions or if it is found that the returned products are damaged or have been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, we will inform you of the outcome and invite you to collect your items, available for collection from our warehouses, by sending a courier of your choice and at your expense.
If the products comply with the return conditions, we will refund you within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (net of any extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs, which will not be refunded). The return shipping and related costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase your order.
Legal warranty
Pursuant to the provisions of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
In the event of defects and/or non-conformity, you shall be entitled to have the product’s conformity restored by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Any warranty shall not apply in the event of improper use of the Product or in any case not in accordance with the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or reported in the reference illustrative documentation, tags or labels.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant or defective product, you must notify the Seller within and no later than 2 (two) months of its discovery, by e-mail to vitterdesign@filippi1971.com, with a brief description of the defect and/or non-conformity found, the order number and attaching photos of the item received where the defect is clearly visible and the packaging where the labels are legible.
Finally, we ask you to indicate in the email if you accepted the package with “control reserve” at the time of delivery and if it had any anomalies.
Following receipt of the relevant documentation, we shall assess the defects and non-conformities reported by the Consumer and, after having carried out the quality checks in order to verify the actual non-conformity of the Product, we shall decide whether to authorise the replacement or the refund of the residual value of the Products. The replacement or refund of the residual value of the Products does not constitute in any case recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.
