From an exclusive material comes VittEr Design®, the new furnishing brand that combines material and shape /
VittEr Design® was born from the experience of Filippi 1971, a company with 50 years of history in the furniture industry, to enhance and give maximum expression to VittEr®, a material with multiple possibilities for various uses, from residential to contract.
Based in Berbenno, in the Bergamo valleys, VittEr Design® intends to bring together design, performance and Made in Italy quality to create a new frontier in furniture, making the most of the properties of the material with which its products are made.
VittEr® is the result of an intense research and development work that lasted several years and is always evolving, it represents the new generation of compact laminate without formaldehyde and antibacterial, 100% Italian supply chain, suitable for outdoor use and for direct contact with food, and developed with the intent to promote eco-sustainable products with lower environmental impact.
The architects Basaglia + Rota Nodari collaborated in the creation of VittEr Design®, who studied from the brand identity to the creation of the first Pop & DéCo collection, which will be presented in Paris at Maison&Objet 2021.
“The feeling with Studio Basaglia + Rota Nodari was born during the design of the renovated Filippi 1971 headquarters, where VittEr Design® offices are also located,” says Francesca Filippi, VittEr Design® Project Manager, who adds: “The Pop & DéCo collection is the expression of the full potential of our exclusive VittEr®. Furniture elements that shape and interpret a resistant, ecological, customisable and surprisingly versatile material. Small works of industrial carpentry that represent the attention to detail and production processes typical of Made in Italy, of which our company is an enthusiastic spokesman”.
VittEr Design® is an innovative brand that becomes part of everyday life by offering solutions for working, sharing, welcoming or simply furnishing.
A new dialogue between material and product that the company makes available to architects and interior designers for new and different projects, thanks also to the wide possibility of customization of VittEr®, starting from the surface colour, to the layering, to the finishing.
As Salvatore Filippi, CEO Filippi 1971, explains: “Never before has anyone proposed a range of furnishing accessories made entirely of all-colour material. A project that combines design and research, and that restores value to the quality of the materials used to create the proposed range”.
